Hour Box Premium: subscription terms

Hour Box Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, bought in the Hour Box iOS or Android app.

• Plans: monthly and yearly. The price shown in the app, in your local currency, is set by the App Store or Google Play.
• Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial on either plan, if they are eligible. Eligibility is decided by Apple or Google.
• When the trial ends, your subscription starts and the plan price is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
• Renewal: it renews automatically each month or year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS; Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android). Deleting the app does not cancel it. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, or until the end of the trial.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Payment problems: the store may retry your payment for a while. Hour Box follows what the store reports.
• One subscription belongs to one Hour Box account. Signing in on another phone with the same account restores it there.
