1. About Hour Box

Hour Box is a productivity and time-management service that helps users organize, schedule, and manage activities and time.

Hour Box is a productivity tool. It does not guarantee any particular level of productivity, performance, financial result, professional result, health outcome, or other personal outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and expressly supported by Hour Box, the Service is intended for users who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you are under the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the required consent or authorization of your parent or legal guardian.

For users who are children under applicable Indian data-protection law, Hour Box will apply the requirements applicable to children's personal data, including applicable parental-consent requirements.

You are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to you when using the Service.

3. Your Account

Some features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and current information;
• maintain the security of your account;
• keep your login credentials confidential;
• notify us promptly of unauthorized access; and
• not create an account for another person without authorization.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

4. License to Use Hour Box

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Hour Box for your personal, lawful use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service except as permitted by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the source code;
• circumvent security or access controls;
• interfere with the operation of the Service;
• use the Service to violate applicable law;
• use automated methods to abuse or overload the Service;
• impersonate another person or entity; or
• use the Service to infringe another person's rights.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.

5. Your Content

You may create, enter, store, or upload information through Hour Box, including tasks, schedules, notes, and other user-generated content ("Your Content").

You retain your rights in Your Content.

You grant Hour Box a limited license to host, store, process, synchronize, display, and transmit Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and as otherwise permitted by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit Your Content.

You should not use Hour Box as your sole repository for information that you cannot afford to lose. We recommend maintaining appropriate independent backups where appropriate.

6. Free and Premium Services

Hour Box may provide free and premium features.

We may change, add, or remove features from time to time.

Where a feature is identified as premium, access may require an active subscription.

We will not represent a feature as included in a subscription if it is not actually available as part of that subscription.

7. Subscriptions

Certain Hour Box features may be available through automatically renewing subscriptions.

Subscription terms, including:

• subscription period;
• applicable price;
• currency;
• introductory offer;
• free-trial duration;
• renewal terms; and
• applicable taxes

will be presented to you before purchase.

The price actually charged to you is the price displayed by the applicable app store or payment provider at the time of purchase.

8. Seven-Day Free Trial

Where offered, Hour Box may provide a 7-day free trial.

The trial begins when your subscription is successfully activated.

During the trial, you may access the premium features included in the applicable offer.

Unless you cancel in accordance with the applicable subscription-management process before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to the selected paid subscription and the applicable payment method will be charged according to the terms displayed at purchase.

The exact conversion price and currency will be shown before you subscribe.

A free trial is generally available only to eligible users according to the rules of the applicable app store and offer.

Hour Box does not guarantee that a particular user will be eligible for a free trial.

9. Subscription Pricing

For the India storefront, Hour Box may offer:

Monthly Plan

• Reference price: ₹300/month
• Offer price: ₹100/month

Yearly Plan

• Reference price: ₹2,400/year
• Offer price: ₹800/year

The actual price, applicable taxes, currency, introductory offer, and availability may vary by storefront and jurisdiction.

For users outside India, applicable pricing will be localized through the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play storefront.

Hour Box does not independently convert Indian prices into foreign currencies for in-app purchases.

Any reference, promotional, or discounted price will be presented only where permitted by applicable law and the applicable app-store rules.

10. Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the applicable renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for another billing period of the same type, subject to the subscription terms displayed at purchase and any applicable law.

You authorize the applicable app store or payment provider to charge the applicable renewal price.

Where required by law, we will provide any required renewal or price-change notice.

11. Cancellation

You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription at any time using the subscription-management mechanism provided by the applicable app store or payment provider.

For subscriptions purchased through:

Apple App Store:

Manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple subscription settings.

Google Play:

Manage or cancel the subscription through Google Play's subscription settings.

Cancellation normally stops future renewal. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable store's rules, cancellation does not necessarily provide a refund for a period already paid for, and access may continue until the end of the applicable paid or trial period.

We will not impose a separate cancellation penalty where prohibited by applicable law.

Hour Box will provide an accessible method or link to the relevant subscription-management facility where required by applicable app-store policies.

12. Refunds

Payments for subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are generally processed by the applicable app store.

Refund requests may therefore need to be submitted through the applicable store's refund process.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, consumer, or statutory rights applicable to you.

Where applicable law provides you with a refund or other remedy, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

13. Billing Problems

If a renewal payment fails, the applicable app store or payment provider may attempt to recover the payment or place the subscription into a billing-retry, grace-period, account-hold, or similar status.

Premium access may be affected according to the subscription status reported by the applicable store.

We do not guarantee that a subscription will remain active when a payment cannot be successfully collected.

14. Restore Purchases

Where supported, you may use the "Restore Purchases" functionality to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple or Google account.

Restoration may require you to sign in to the same store account used to make the original purchase.

Hour Box may also require authentication to your Hour Box account to associate an entitlement with the appropriate user account.

15. Subscription Management

Hour Box will provide access to subscription-management functionality appropriate to the platform.

Apple and Google may control certain aspects of billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing for purchases made through their respective stores.

Their applicable terms may also apply to those transactions.

16. App Store Terms

For Apple App Store users, the application is licensed to you by Hour Box rather than sold to you.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support services for the application except as required under applicable law.

Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the application except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Your use of an Apple-distributed version of Hour Box is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services terms and App Store rules.

For Google Play users, your use of the Google Play-distributed version of Hour Box is subject to applicable Google Play terms and policies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to conflict with mandatory Apple or Google requirements.

17. Privacy and Personal Data

Your privacy is important to us.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

• what personal information we collect;
• why we collect it;
• how we use it;
• how we store and protect it;
• when we share it;
• how long we retain it;
• your applicable privacy rights; and
• how you can exercise those rights.

The Privacy Policy forms a separate document from these Terms.

Where applicable, Hour Box will process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection laws.

For users in India, this includes applicable requirements under India's Digital Personal Data Protection framework.

For users in the United Kingdom, this includes applicable UK data-protection requirements.

For users in the United States, applicable federal and state privacy requirements may apply depending on the user's location and the nature of the data and processing.

18. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, which may include rights to:

• access information we hold about you;
• request correction;
• request deletion;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• request information about processing;
• exercise applicable data portability rights;
• object to or restrict certain processing; and
• make a complaint to an applicable data-protection authority.

The availability and scope of these rights depend on applicable law.

19. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Hour Box account through the account-deletion functionality provided within the Service or through our support process.

Account deletion may result in the deletion or de-identification of associated data, subject to:

• legal retention requirements;
• legitimate security requirements;
• fraud prevention;
• dispute resolution;
• financial or transaction records that must be retained; and
• other lawful retention requirements.

Deleting your Hour Box account does not necessarily cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

You must separately cancel any active subscription through the applicable app store.

20. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and secure Service.

However, Hour Box may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• maintenance;
• software updates;
• infrastructure failures;
• network failures;
• third-party service failures;
• security incidents;
• force majeure events; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

21. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Service.

Where a change materially affects a paid service, we will provide notice or other remedies where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.

22. Intellectual Property

Hour Box and its software, branding, design, interface, graphics, logos, text, technology, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

23. Third-Party Services

Hour Box may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics services, app stores, payment systems, and other technology providers.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent that their operation is outside our reasonable control.

24. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Hour Box to:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe intellectual-property rights;
• interfere with another user's access;
• introduce malicious software;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• abuse APIs or infrastructure;
• circumvent subscription or access controls;
• conduct fraudulent transactions; or
• otherwise misuse the Service.

25. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to:

• prevent fraud or abuse;
• protect the security of the Service;
• comply with law;
• address serious violations of these Terms; or
• protect users or the Service from material harm.

Where appropriate and permitted by law, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Termination does not remove rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

26. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, United States, India, or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protections, those protections continue to apply to you.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to digital content, digital services, unfair contract terms, refunds, cancellation, or remedies where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

27. United States Users

If you are located in the United States, applicable federal and state consumer-protection laws may apply to your use of Hour Box and your subscription.

We will not intentionally misrepresent material subscription terms.

Subscription offers will identify the applicable trial period, price, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms, and cancellation method before purchase where required.

Cancellation mechanisms will be provided in a manner consistent with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable federal or state law.

28. United Kingdom Users

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protections relating to digital content, digital services, subscription contracts, unfair terms, cancellation, refunds, and remedies continue to apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where UK law provides a statutory cancellation or cooling-off right, that right applies subject to the applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

Where digital service or digital content law provides mandatory remedies, those remedies remain available to you.

29. Indian Users

If you are located in India, these Terms are subject to applicable Indian law and mandatory consumer protections.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights available under applicable Indian consumer-protection, data-protection, information-technology, or other mandatory laws.

For personal-data processing, the applicable Indian data-protection framework and our Privacy Policy govern the relevant processing activities.

30. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hour Box is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free.

We do not guarantee any particular personal, productivity, professional, financial, health, or other outcome from using Hour Box.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hour Box and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that applicable law requires to remain available.

For consumers, any applicable statutory remedies and mandatory protections remain unaffected.

32. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not apply to the extent that applicable consumer law prohibits such an obligation.

33. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity providing Hour Box, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, you may retain rights to bring claims in the courts or forums available to you under the mandatory laws of your place of residence.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising mandatory consumer, privacy, or regulatory rights.

34. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method.

The updated Terms will identify their effective date.

Where applicable law requires affirmative consent to material changes, we will obtain that consent.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented to you for specific features or purchases, form the agreement governing your use of Hour Box.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
